She serves on the senior leadership team, acting as a strategic advisor, content expert, and thought partner on coaching and leadership development. Experience in urban and suburban communities serving over 20,000 students and managing 350 teachers with over 17 years of experience. Increased academic achievement 2016-2023 54% in mathematics 69% in reading ELA. Raising over 25.2 million dollars in scholarships. Implemented school-wide reading and math enrichment program that closed pandemic learning loss. Increased school-wide parent engagement by 47% doubling PTA enrollment. Effective professional with the ability to encourage professional growth in adults, data analysis to inform daily instruction.
