Khadeejah Smith is a data-driven, servant leader and change-maker with significant experience in mathematics teaching and learning, professional leadership training for new educational leaders, and parent engagement for student impact. She serves on the senior leadership team, acting as a strategic advisor, content expert, and thought partner on coaching and leadership development. Experience in urban and suburban communities serving over 20,000 students and managing 350 teachers with over 17 years of experience. Increased academic achievement 2016-2023 54% in mathematics 69% in reading ELA. Raising over 25.2 million dollars in scholarships. Implemented school-wide reading and math enrichment program that closed pandemic learning loss. Increased school-wide parent engagement by 47% doubling PTA enrollment. Effective professional with the ability to encourage professional growth in adults, data analysis to inform daily instruction.

Khadeejah currently is serving as a Math Adjunct Professor at Howard University. She has seen firsthand as a K-12 teacher, administrator and now professor the results of math achievement gaps when students do not receive the critically think and conceptual understanding of math concepts.

Transitioning from educator to leadership can be difficult transitions. Learning how to use high-level data to make decision and coach recommendations is complex work without proper supports.
